In order to produce our premium cheeses, Tasmanian Heritage’s craftsmen
employ time-honoured European cheesemaking techniques while using the
finest quality milk that only the unspoilt environment and temperate
climate of Tasmania can provide.

Nestled in the north west corner of Tasmania, with geographical and
latitudinal similarities to the famous French cheesemaking province of
Normandy, Tasmanian Heritage originates from one of Australia’s oldest
specialty cheese producers with a heritage dating back to 1955. We are
