Tasmanian Heritage Triple Cream Brie Oval is a soft white cheese with an even cover of white mould, a gentle mushroom aroma and rich, buttery texture. At full maturity, it's flavour will deepen and the centre will soften to a luxurious creaminess.
The richness of Tasmanian Heritage Triple Cream Brie is complimented by fruity accompaniments such as grapes, fruit pastes and relishes. Try it with a fruity beetroot relish and baguette.
