2008 Australian Grand Dairy Awards (AGDA)

AGDA represents quality, excellence and innovation in Australian dairy produce and only those products that have won a gold medal in state qualifying competitions are eligible to enter this prestigious national competition. There are 18 product classes, grouped into two categories - Cheese and Dairy. The winner of each class is awarded a gold Champion medal and the two highest scoring products across classes in both cheese and dairy are then awarded a Grand Champiion medal.

National Foods won 3 Champion Medals across the Cheese and Dairy categories including the prestigious Grand Champion medal in Cheese. You will find the winners under the Awards section!

Good Food & Wine Show 2006

Come and visit us at the Good Food and Wine show at stand Q12 in Melbourne at the Melbourne Exhibition Centre from the 16th - 18th June and at stand B35 in Sydney at the Sydney Convention and Exhibition Centre from 23rd - 25th June.

Tasmanian Heritage Signature Camembert - The Best in the World!

Tasmanian Heritage Signature Camembert has been awarded the Best Cheese in it's class in the 2006 World Cheese Championships in Wisconsin - making it the best camembert in the world!

There were a high number of entries from around the world, including USA, France, Switzerland, England, Australia and many other countries.

Lactos, the makers of Tasmanian Heritage Signature Camembert, were the only Australian company to win any awards in the competition.

You can find this award winning cheese in your local Woolworths and Coles supermarkets, David Jones, Myers or in your gourmet delicatessen.
