Baked White Pearl with Crushed Almonds

Ingredients

  • 180g Tasmanian Heritage White Pearl
  • 125g crushed nuts

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 220ºC.
  2. Coat Tasmanian Heritage White Pearl in crushed almonds, walnuts or pecans. 
  3. Place in an ovenproof dish and bake for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is soft and golden. 
  4. Serve with fresh crusty bread.
