Salmon and Double Brie Baguette


  • 100g Tasmanian Heritage Double Brie
  • 1 Baguette, halved
  • Smoked salmon
  • Rocket leaves
  • Salad onion


  1. Take a crusty baguette and slice in half horizontally to open.
  2. Fill with pieces of smoked salmon and generous slices of Tasmanian Heritage Double Brie.
  3. Add rocket leaves and thinly sliced red onion.
  4. Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately with lime wedges.
