Breakfast Frittata
Ingredients
200g Tasmanian Heritage Signature Camembert
6 eggs
300ml cream
50g chorizo, sliced
20g mushroom
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 180°C.
- Slice Signature Camembert into wedges and set aside.
- Whisk together the eggs, cream and black pepper to taste until well combined.
- Lightly grease 4 shallow ovenproof ramekins.
- Arrange the Chorizo, mushroom and Signature Camembert decoratively inside (reserving a few wedges of cheese to top the frittata).
- Gently pour the prepared egg mixture over the Chorizo, mushroom and cheese (do not overfill).
- Top the frittata with the remaining wedges of Camembert.
- Place ramekins on a baking tray and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes or until firm and golden.
- Serve warm with fresh crusty French bread.
Tip - Raclette or Brie may be used in place of Camembert.
