Baked White Pearl with Crushed Almonds
Ingredients
180g Tasmanian Heritage White Pearl
125g crushed nuts
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 220ºC.
- Coat Tasmanian Heritage White Pearl in crushed almonds, walnuts or pecans.
- Place in an ovenproof dish and bake for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is soft and golden.
- Serve with fresh crusty bread.
