Pumpkin and Traditional Camembert Pizza

Ingredients

1 large pizza base
50g tomato paste
100g Tasmanian Heritage Traditional Camembert
300g pumpkin
1 tbsp honey
1tspn chopped thyme and rosemary
1 clove garlic, crushed
50g mushrooms, pan fried
olive oil salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cut the pumpkin into uniform medium size cubes.
  2. Toss with the honey, garlic, herbs, a good splash of olive oil, seasoning and roast on 200 degrees for 30 minutes. 
  3. Cut the cheese into small wedges. 
  4. Spread the tomato paste over the pizza base and scatter over the pumpkin, cheese and mushrooms. 
  5. Bake in a hot oven for 15 minutes.
