Smoked Salmon and Camembert Frittata
Ingredients
100g Smoked Salmon
75g Tasmanian Heritage Traditional Camembert
50ml Milk or Cream
6 Eggs
1 Tspn Chopped Basil
Salt and Pepper
20mls Olive Oil
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients except the oil.
- Heat the oil in a non-stick pan and pour in egg mix.
- Cook over a low heat for approximately 4 minutes or until just set. Carefully turn the frittata and cook for a further two minutes.
- Serve with a salad of baby cos and roasted corn.
