Stewed Fruits with Triple Cream Brie
Ingredients
140g Tasmanian Heritage Triple Cream Brie
4 stone fruits, halved and stone removed
1 pear, quartered and pips removed
¼ cup sugar
1 cup red wine or marsala
3 cups water
1pcs cinnamon stick
1 pcs bay leaf
1 pcs star anis
vanilla bean
zested orange rind
Instructions

Place the fruits, vanilla bean, bay leaf, star anis and cinnamon stick in a saucepan.
- Add water, red wine or marsala, sugar and orange rind, stirring gently to combine.
- Bring to the boil, then simmer for 20-30 minutes until the fruit is soft and liquid is reduced.
- Serve with generous slices of Tasmanian Heritage Double Brie and almond bread.
