Tomato Soup with Camembert croutons
Ingredients
80g Tasmanian Heritage Camembert, thickly sliced
1 mini baguette, sliced into rounds
800ml tomato soup, prepared or home-made
Instructions

Top baguette rounds with generous slices of Camembert.
- Place under a heated grill until cheese is melted.
- Serve alongside your favourite soup.
Tip - Tomato soup is a particularly good match for the creamy cheese flavour, and the cheese adds a beautiful contrast to the rich red tomato colour.
