Triple Cream Brie and Smoked Salmon
Ingredients
100g Tasmanian Heritage Triple Cream Brie
100g smoked salmon
fresh bread, thickly sliced
rocket leaves
sliced red onion
capers
Instructions

Lightly toast your favourite bread (ciabatta, panettone or sourdough) and layer with slices of smoked salmon.
- Add generous slices of Tasmanian Heritage Triple Cream Brie.
- Season with lemon, cracked pepper and olive oil. Serve with lemon or lime wedges.
- Add a side salad of fresh rocket, sliced red onion and capers.
