Camembert Stuffed Chicken Breasts
Ingredients
250g Tasmanian Heritage Camembert
4 chicken breasts
2 tspn light olive oil
Tomato salsa
Fresh salad (to serve)
Instructions
- Slice crossways into chicken breasts and stuff with slices of Tasmanian Heritage Camembert.
- Grill or pan-fry in light olive oil for 5-7 minutes on both sides
until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melting.
- Serve with tomato salsa or plum sauce and garden fresh salad.
