Salmon and Double Brie Baguette
Ingredients
100g Tasmanian Heritage Double Brie
1 Baguette, halved
Smoked salmon
Rocket leaves
Salad onion
Instructions
- Take a crusty baguette and slice in half horizontally to open.

Fill with pieces of smoked salmon and generous slices of Tasmanian Heritage Double Brie.
- Add rocket leaves and thinly sliced red onion.
- Season with salt and pepper and serve immediately with lime wedges.
