Swiss Cheese Omelette
Ingredients
2 eggs
60g Tasmanian Heritage St Claire cheese
Fresh herbs
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season 2 fresh eggs with salt, pepper and chopped fresh herbs and whisk to combine.
- Grease a non-stick frying pan and pre-heat over medium heat. When sizzling, pour in the egg mixture.
- When the base is almost set, top with thinly sliced Tasmanian Heritage St. Claire.
- To finish, place pan under the grill until the omelette is golden and the cheese is melted.
- Slide from the pan to serve.
